Frank Ocean pulls out of Hangout Music Fest

Frank Ocean has pulled out of his scheduled performance at Hangout Music Fest. According to the festival, "Due to production delays beyond his control Frank Ocean will be unable to perform. He passes on his apologies & hopes to return to AL soon."

This is the second performance Frank has canceled this summer, the first being Sasquatch! Festival in George, Washington. That one was canceled for the same reasons. His next performance is set for Barcelona's Primavera Sound on June 2nd.

Pheonix was booked as his replacement for the May 19th performance.
