Frank Ocean releases “blonded Midterms pt. I” radio special

After the show was believed to be finished in August 2017, a midterms special of Blonded Radio aired on Beats 1. The episode, notably marked (pt. 1), features much more commentary from Frank than episodes past, but is the first to not feature new music from the artist.

UPDATE: Part 2 debuted this evening.

UPDATE 2: Part 3 followed shortly after.

The episode was followed by an offer of free merchandise to fans who voted in key locations during the 2018 midterms, showing support for candidates Stacey Abrams in Georgia, Andrew Gillum in Florida, and Beto O’Rourke in Texas.
