Frank Ocean changes website to ‘boysdontcry.co’
boysdontcry.co
Frank Ocean has updated the domain name of his website from frankocean.com to boysdontcry.co, after the name of his prospective album and magazine announced last April. However, it remains unclear when the project will be released, as Ocean just missed his July 2015 release date. The old domain now redirects to the new web address.
Ocean first launched his site, frankocean.com, on February 16, 2011, following the release of his debut project Nostalgia, Ultra. For several years, it functioned solely as a mirror of his Tumblr feed. That changed on April 6, 2015, when Ocean posted his announcement about his follow-up to Channel Orange on Tumblr. Since then, the site has adopted a new layout, featuring only a single post corresponding to his Boys Don’t Cry Tumblr announcement.
