Frank Ocean has released “Swim Good” through Def Jam as the second single from his debut project, Nostalgia Ultra, which he originally self-released last February. The digital single follows a music video released last month, on September 16.

The song features production by Midi Mafia and Charles Gambetta, along with additional vocals from fellow Odd Future member Tyler The Creator. It tells a story of a man who is devastated by the end of a romantic relationship and attempts to take his own life by jumping into the ocean.

The single artwork features an underwater photo by Brick Stowell depicting Ocean wearing a kimono—a traditional Japanese garment—while partially submerged in a swimming pool. Below the song title on the cover are the Japanese characters 良い (yoi/-i, good) and 泳ぐ (oyogu, to swim), translated literally as “Swim Good.”
