Frank Ocean has re-released his August 2016 studio album, Blonde, and its companion magazine, Boys Don’t Cry, alongside other merch at boysdontcry.co.
The drop includes a limited-edition Blonde LP and CD, in collaboration with the British independent record label XL Recordings—the album’s first vinyl and stand-alone CD release. Alongside the physical media are five posters for sale: four with images originally featured on the covers of Blonde and Boys Don’t Cry, and one other that reads, “Blonde/Not for Resale.” Additionally, a three-pack of Blonde-branded air fresheners is available. All the items (except for Boys Don’t Cry) feature a monochromatic design, inspired by the color in “Black Friday.”
Ocean announced the release on Tumblr, sharing images of the vinyl and magazine alongside a note exclaiming:
the tee is free :)
A “100%-Off Blonde” T-shirt is included with the purchase of any item, limited to one per customer.
