Hal Leonard releases ‘Channel Orange’ piano-vocal-guitar songbook

Hal Leonard has released an official piano-vocal-guitar songbook for Frank Ocean’s 2012 studio album, Channel Orange. It sells for $16.99 on the sheet music company’s website, as well as on Amazon and other online retailers. A digital edition is available via Apple Books. PVG notation for individual tracks can also be downloaded via Sheet Music Direct.

The 96-page softcover contains sheet music for 12 tracks from Channel Orange, including “Thinkin Bout You,” “Sierra Leone,” “Sweet Life,” “Super Rich Kids,” “Pilot Jones,” “Crack Rock,” “Pyramids,” “Lost,” “Monks,” “Bad Religion,” “Pink Matter,” and “Forrest Gump.” The album’s five interludes are omitted—“Start,” “Fertilizer,” “Not Just Money,” “White,” and “End.”

Sample photos of the 9-by-12-inch folio are shown below, courtesy of Hal Leonard. The book is published in collaboration with the rights management company BMG, which oversees Ocean’s music publishing catalog.
